ABT-751 (E7010): A Sulfonamide Tubulin Polymerization Inhibitor

ABT-751 (E71) is a sulfonamide tubulin polymerization inhibitor, which is active against tumor cells. ABT-751 binds to the colchicine site on β-tubulin, and inhibits polymerization of microtubules that leads to a block in the cell cycle at the G2M phase, resulting in cellular apoptosis. (The product is for research purpose only.)
